 First
Quarter, 2008
Volume 38, Number 1 On the cover:
Joe E74 and SD40-2 17 are at what is
arguably the finest Milwaukee Road depot on the
Lines West at Missoula, Montana. The date is June 8,
1974, so the days of electric-powered trains are severely
numbered. - to say little of the railroad itself.
However, the depot remains to this day as a landmark for
the city - J. Quinn, Ed lynch collection.
