CONVENTION POLICIES AND MISCELLANY
MRHA Convention Attendance Policy: Only current members of the Milwaukee Road Historical Association, their family and guests, former Milwaukee Road employees and those participating directly in the convention are permitted to attend.
Display tables: Any member or dealer is permitted one complimentary sales and/or display table. Anyone requiring more than this amount will be asked to donate $10 per additional table to the MRHA Emil Skok Restoration Fund. The number of tables is limited so reservations should be made as early as possible.
While MRHA is proud to present a diversified and interesting conference to its members, as detailed above, forces beyond its control may cause cancellation or change in the activities or the program. Such cancellations and alterations may be made without notice and do not constitute breach of contract on the part of MRHA.
REFUND POLICY
MRHA will refund any canceled convention package moneys (minus 10% service charge) if notified in writing (postmarked) or e-mail the MRHA Office by June 1, 2012. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2012 except in cases of emergency (serious illness, death in family, etc.)
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The convention rates DO NOT include the cost of the hotel room. YOU must make your own reservations.

Emil Skok Restoration Fund - Friend

IRM Fund

The IRM Fund are for the building to house Milwaukee Road equipment at the Illinois Railway Museum. Funding continues to provide funds for displays in the building, provide track and ballast for new acquisitions, and potentially aid in the restoration of some of these pieces of equipment in the future.

Library Fund

The Library Fund is used to fund archivists at the Milwaukee Public Library for the catloging of the Milwaukee Road Archives. Some of these funds are also used to purchase special supplies for archiving records and drawings. It is possible that this process will be completed in the coming year and the databases will be on-line so people can see what items are in the Archives.

Skytop Fund

The Skytop Fund provides support for the restoration of one or both of the Creek Series (Olympian Hiawatha) Skytops which are at the Milwaukee Road Heritage Center in Montevideo, Minnesota. This will be a cosmetic restoration, not a full restoration of these cars. Expenditures are currently being used for the transporation of two other cars in order to procure frames and trucks for the restoratation.

Spouses of members may join and become full members (less receiving an additional magazine) for $5.00 as long as they are signed up the same time their spouse signs up.
